Hyteno System is a powerful SaaS platform built for restaurant chains and food service providers. It empowers businesses to manage orders, host branded websites, handle CRM, and automate communication flows — all within a single multi-tenant environment. The backend, built using NestJS and PostgreSQL, is fully modular, secure, and built to scale horizontally across regions.
Hyteno's microservices architecture is orchestrated using Docker containers and deployed on AWS ECS for scalable and fault-tolerant infrastructure. RabbitMQ handles async event queues like order updates, notifications, and user onboarding. Redis is used for caching and real-time data access, ensuring fast performance even under heavy load.
From a product perspective, Hyteno offers an admin dashboard for managing tenants (restaurants), customizable modules for each client, and dynamic content delivery across multiple touchpoints (web, mobile, API). With its seamless integration capabilities, it allows small restaurants to become digitally autonomous, and large food chains to standardize operations across locations. Hyteno is not just a platform — it's a scalable digital OS for food enterprises.
